The feeling of motherhood for a women is inexplicable and moment of joy which makes a memorable phase of her life. Woman is complete only after she delivers a child and this experience makes her content. Every woman want healthy baby but only handfuls are really attentive towards their health. During pregnancy mother should be utmost careful regarding her health because if she showed a sign of carelessness it is only the bearing child who will suffer.
Problems and pregnancy is synonymous however some women get scared of aftermaths of pregnancy and some during the gestation period which prompts them to eat less. In this phase of life it is the other life which she is procreating and her health is important for the bearing child. Her routine work should include medical checkup, few exercises and light chores so that the positioning of the baby is right.
Pregnancy comes with number of health hazards and risks that can be minimize with equivalent care and balanced nutritious diet a pregnant women should take. Due to excessive secretion of progesterone hormone in the body of women, she suffers from pain, and weakness in the body. To control any kind of body weakness would be mothers should given rich diet of vitamins, proteins, calcium, iron and carbohydrates. The lack of any deficiency can affect the bones and mental health of child.

Pregnancy Affect on Legs
During pregnancy when the women start gaining weight usually her weigh puts pressure on lower body due to which legs pain. In such condition ideal diet is must, proper walk and some light exercises are preferred. Women should not sit or stand for longer times in pregnancy while rest is also compulsory.
This is a normal thing with which every woman goes through thus there is nothing to be worry about. Every woman in pregnancy gains weight and suffers through such bodily pains and weakness as it is a part of this essential phase.
Pregnancy Affect on Eyes
Usually pregnant women have to experience a series of body changes and pains during this phase and tiredness puts strain on eyes. Pregnant ladies should avoid taking up the task of weaving and other focused work like using needle as this puts a lot of strain on the eyes. Slight carelessness could give drastic affects on the eyes after the delivery.
Nutritious diet rich in iron and calcium helps in relieving from tiredness and deficiency which may lead to weaken eyes in baby and dark circle in women. Slight pain and giddiness in the body and eyes is the sign of normal pregnancy. Thus to prevent hazardous aftermaths that may lead to eye problem women should avoid watching TV for long hours and reading and writing in dim light. Loitering on the green grass, sitting straight and rolling the eyes in circulatory motion and massaging head with oil will help in keeping the eyes out of strain and damage.
Pregnancy Affect on Hair
Hair loss is another side effect many women have in pregnancy due to the hormonal changes, low level of hemoglobin and imbalance of nutritious elements. The major cause of hair loss during pregnancy can be said as iron deficiency while some women have steady growth of hair at this time and vice versa. Hormones of body fluctuates during pregnancy due to which many nasty things appear in women’s body as some have negative affects and some positive.
But once the body comes back in its original shape after delivery all the affects cease in the body. Hair fall is completely normal in this phase but extreme condition in which hair is lost needs precautions and medication.
