Hairs are most important part of our body and for women long hairs are called expensive jewelry which every woman should strive to achieve. In today’s scenario maintaining and caring of hair is almost impossible due to the dusty environment and pollution hairs get damaged in the exposure. Earlier mothers used to apply home remedies to their daughter’s hair so that hair grow to the fullest but as if now trend has changed with the time and now girls no more interested in using herbal remedies for their hair. - Massaging with olive or coconut or mustard oil is necessary for nourished hair. Apply it every twice a week and wash off in the morning.
- Applying hot oil on the scalp with at the bed time helps in making hair roots strong.
- Good hair also depends on healthy diet and for healthy hairs eating raw vegetables and whole grains is essential. It is always suggested to eat good and nutritious diet to get healthy long hair and perhaps an easiest way to do so.
- Water is an essential source needed by our body so drinking plenty of water retains the moisture content helping the hair to grow easily.
