Depression is a state of unconsciousness when a person deliberately commits weird things which aggravate his/her thought process leading to nervous breakdown. Anxiety and mental depression are most common problems faced by people of all age. When the ill things start happening unintentionally due to lack of confidence or anxiety and you may loose the control of your life, this could be due to mental nervousness which is also called depression.

Seldom temporary ‘blues’, mood swing, exhausted and thinking all the time are some of the symptoms of depression which can affect a wonderful part of life. Depression is now days spread like a fever while it is been found in all ages people from a kid to teenager and from middle aged man to old man. Diseases have lost their boundaries becoming epidemic while the reasons for depression given by them are disappointments, death of near and dear accompanied by sudden accidents.

Depression is sometimes more than sadness and disappointment because in this state a person completely looses self control and seems to live in a black hole where no light can penetrate. The common symptoms of depression are:

Depression has many reasons such as hormones, sudden accident, health problems and loss of independence, relationship problems, crisis, abuse, stressful life experience, unemployment and under pressure work etc. People suffering from depression should be kept under vigilance as they are under pressure which makes them prone to suicidal attack. Sometimes even medical conditions are responsible for mental breakdown or even sudden accident can lead to mental depression.

Mental depression can’t be cured solely with medication but it needs proper support of family while it is necessary to know the underlying causes of depression before curing. The treatment should start with all possibilities as soon as the causes of depression have come into the light. Depression people should be cheered with visiting new places, changing colour in rooms and lifestyle and proper diet.

Exercising is certainly most unique way to ease depression other than medication as it also prevents other major problems that might erupt due to depression. Exercise releases some prominent chemical which helps ease depression and anxiety disorders they are known as neurotransmitters and endorphins. Some intensive exercises such as driving, playing football or other games including gardening can help set up the mood which helps curb depression.
