Roof leakage is a common problem that usually caused by improper installation and using defective material on the roof during the construction. Roof leakage can be a most frustrating problem for people living under the roof while replacing is not possible but repairing is helpful. Most of the house that encounters the problem of seepage through the roof is seen as the problem of wrong or defective roof flashing and using adulterated material.
Leaking roof brings several problems apart from water into the house which thereby brings health problem for inmates. It is important to do a thorough inspection in every two or three days so as to detect any leakage in the roof. Inspect every corner and vents through the roof of wall for any kind of leakage or problem than could lead to leakage in the future. After a thorough inspection if any proof of leakage found to be creeping, repair it immediately to prevent later repercussions.
Generally pitched and flat roofs are seen to be problematic in roof leakage due to various causes including defective flashings, material used and wrong installation.
